Our commitment to our Residents
Our dedicated staff provide friendly, professional support and assistance to residents, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Each resident has their own care plan, tailored to their individual needs, which promotes independence, choice, dignity and respect.
All staff are comprehensively trained in-house and are led by a full time, experienced Home Manager. In addition to this, a full time Care Manager oversees the individual care of each resident, supported by Senior Team Leaders which are on hand, any time of the day or night.

For Residents who require regular medication as part of their care, the Homes provide a dedicated team of qualified Medication Assistants who are on hand to administer and advise on any required medication. Regular liaison with an associated GP surgery enables the home to arrange regular weekly visits by GPs and Medical Advisors, where required.
A full housekeeping and laundry service is available to Residents together with a choice of freshly prepared meals from the varied, home-cooked menu . Meals can be served either in the spacious dining room, or, if they prefer, Residents can enjoy their meals in their own home.
